Refund & Billing Policy

Overview

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how billing, subscriptions, credit purchases, and refunds work when using ZadeIN.

By purchasing credits or subscribing to ZadeIN, you agree to the terms described in this policy in addition to the Terms of Service.

Payments

ZadeIN offers both subscription plans and one-time credit purchases.

Payments are processed through Polar.sh, which may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

When you make a purchase:

  • billing is handled by Polar and its payment providers
  • ZadeIN does not store or receive your credit card details

Payment providers may collect billing information required to process transactions and comply with financial regulations.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide access to premium features and monthly credit allocations.

When subscribing:

  • billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle
  • subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or billing portal

If a subscription is canceled, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly credits provided through subscriptions reset each billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Credit-Based Usage

Many ZadeIN tools operate using a credit-based system.

Credits may come from:

  • monthly subscription allocations
  • purchased credit packs

Credits are consumed when AI tools are executed.

Credits provided within the Service:

  • have no cash value
  • are not redeemable for money
  • may expire or reset depending on the plan

Refunds

Payments made for subscriptions or credit packs are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued at ZadeIN’s sole discretion in limited situations such as:

  • accidental duplicate payments
  • billing system errors

In the event of a technical failure within an AI tool execution, any usage credits consumed during the failed execution may be automatically refunded to the user’s account balance.

Credit refunds are processed as system credits only and not as monetary refunds.

Cash refunds for credit pack purchases are issued only at the discretion of ZadeIN, except where required by applicable law.

Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in restrictions or suspension of the user account.

Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact support within 14 days of the charge.

ZadeIN will review the request and respond accordingly.

Submitting a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting support first may result in account suspension or termination.

Service Availability

ZadeIN is an evolving software service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of the Service at any time.

If the Service becomes unavailable or is discontinued, refunds are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law.
