These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZadeIN website, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

ZadeIN is operated by M LATHEESH.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

ZadeIN provides AI-powered productivity tools that may include:

• text summarization
• rewriting and editing tools
• translation tools
• chat-based AI assistance
• browser extension features
• other AI-powered utilities

The Service processes user-provided text and generates responses using artificial intelligence systems.

Features of the Service may change over time and new tools may be added or removed.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using ZadeIN, you represent that:

• you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Some features of the Service require creating an account.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• all activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate responses.

AI-generated outputs:

• may contain inaccuracies
• may be incomplete or outdated
• should not be relied upon as professional advice

ZadeIN does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

Users are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

Certain features of the Service require credits or a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and credit purchases are managed through Polar.sh, which may use payment processors such as Stripe.

When you purchase credits or subscriptions:

• payments are processed by Polar and its providers
• ZadeIN does not store your payment card details

Credits may be consumed when using AI tools.

Credits provided within the Service:

• have no cash value
• are not redeemable for money
• may expire depending on the plan

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of system errors or failed tool executions.

ZadeIN provides a browser extension that enables AI tools directly within webpages.

The extension may process:

• text you highlight
• content of the active tab when you invoke a tool

The extension does not collect browsing history or monitor browsing activity in the background.

Content is processed only when you explicitly request an AI action.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service.

However, by submitting content to ZadeIN, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and generating AI responses.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit:

• does not violate applicable laws
• does not infringe the rights of third parties
• does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share

If you submit copyrighted or protected content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and process that content.

ZadeIN is not responsible for user-submitted content.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and infrastructure, is owned by ZadeIN and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• copy
• reverse engineer
• redistribute
• resell
• exploit

any part of the Service without prior written permission.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable.

However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• maintenance
• infrastructure issues
• third-party service failures
• updates or improvements

While ZadeIN may store chat history or other user content for convenience, we do not guarantee the permanent availability or preservation of stored data.

Saved chats or usage history may be lost due to technical failures, updates, or other operational reasons.

Users are responsible for keeping copies of any information they consider important.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service, or any part of the Service, at any time and for any reason, including without prior notice.

If the Service is discontinued, access may be terminated immediately.

Subscriptions, credits, and prepaid usage may be canceled and may not be refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Credits within the Service have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

ZadeIN shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZadeIN shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use creates legal or security risks
• required by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
